Client Relationship Officer

Will Halkyard serves as a Client Relationship Officer at Pennington Partners. In this role, he supports the day-to-day interactions of Pennington’s Operating Partner Families and LPs, helping to deliver thoughtful solutions that enhance their lives, wealth, and long-term success.

Will earned his Master in Management from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, where he took courses in finance, accounting, analytics, marketing, and game theory. He previously graduated with a B.A. in Economics and a minor in Business Institutions from Northwestern, where he also competed as a Division I football player. As a long snapper, Will was ranked among the top five in the country at his position and helped his team win both the Citrus Bowl and Las Vegas Bowl.

While at Northwestern, Will was selected as one of six students to receive the IMAP Award, a competitive international fellowship that allowed him to shadow finance professionals in London and Paris. He also interned in Private Wealth Management at Goldman Sachs, where he supported the development of client presentations and investment strategy materials for ultra-high net worth individuals. Additionally, he gained experience as a Business Analytics Intern at Medix, where he built dashboards and identified operational improvements.

Will brings a strong foundation in relationship-building, analytics, and client service, shaped by his leadership roles on campus and his experience balancing academics, athletics, and community involvement.
