Operations Associate

Odessa is an Operations Associate at Pennington Partners. She joined the firm after completing a summer analyst program at Goldman Sachs, where she worked in Fixed Income Operations supporting repo products. In this role, she collaborated closely with trading desks to monitor trade accuracy, ensure compliance, and manage operational risk.

Prior to that, Odessa held a business development internship at a boutique consulting firm, where she conducted market research and supported proposal development initiatives.

Odessa earned a B.A. in International Studies from the University of Arkansas, with minors in Economics and French.
