Meredith Farber is a Portfolio Manager at Pennington Partners, where she advises ultra-high-net-worth individuals and multigenerational families on investment strategy, portfolio construction, and tax-efficient wealth planning.

Meredith brings nearly 20 years of experience managing multibillion-dollar client relationships across leading wealth management firms. Most recently, she served as Vice President at Offit Capital, where she led client advisory for a $2.5 billion ultra-high-net-worth and institutional client base. Prior to that, she was a Wealth Advisor at KORE Private Wealth, a multifamily office that was acquired by Corient. Earlier in her career, she was a senior investment analyst at UBS on a nationally recognized $15 billion private client and institutional consulting team. Meredith began her career on the Structured Credit desk at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, later serving as a fixed income portfolio manager and equity research analyst.

Throughout her career, Meredith has been known for combining analytical rigor with a deeply client-first approach – translating sophisticated investment strategy into clear, actionable guidance for families navigating complexity.

Meredith holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Penn State University and is a CFA charterholder.
