Megan Graf
Senior Operations Advisor
Megan is an operations executive with 16+ years of experience building scalable frameworks for financial services companies. Most recently, she co-founded and served as COO of HomePace, a proptech startup partnered with Pennington Partners that provided home equity investments to homeowners seeking alternatives to alternative home equity financing. She designed and led end-to-end operational systems including underwriting, closing, and servicing functions, deploying $8M in capital across nine states before the company's acquisition by EasyKnock in 2024. Following the acquisition, she served as SVP of Operations at EasyKnock, leading the launch of their Home Equity Investment product.
Prior to HomePace, Megan held leadership roles at BlackRock. As Director of Alternatives Client Service & Strategy, she led a global team of 20+ supporting hedge funds, private credit, private equity, and real assets, and spearheaded the integration of eFront's platform into BlackRock's systems. Earlier, as Head of Institutional Client Operations at FutureAdvisor, she scaled the digital wealth management platform from $100M to $1.4B in assets under management and served as senior relationship manager for major institutional partners including LPL, US Bank, and MassMutual. As Director of Implementation, she led the white-label platform rollout for U.S. Bank and was named a critical executive during BlackRock's acquisition of FutureAdvisor. Megan began her career at Fisher Investments, where she led international expansion into Canada and Europe and launched WealthBuilder, an advisory service for emerging investors. She holds a B.S. from UC Berkeley.
Outside of work, Megan enjoys golfing, playing in a poker league, and mentoring University of Washington students. She serves on the Capital Strategies Committee at Inglewood Golf Club.
