Investment Analyst

Longhe Cao serves as an Investment Analyst at Pennington Partners & Co. Longhe is responsible for sourcing, underwriting, and monitoring investments across private equity, private credit, and other asset classes. He also works closely with the investment team to evaluate opportunities, conduct due diligence, and support portfolio management for the families the firm serves.

Prior to joining Pennington, Longhe gained experience in investment banking, M&A advisory, and equity research across the United States and Asia. Longhe graduated summa cum laude from Vanderbilt University with a B.A. in Economics. At Vanderbilt, Longhe served as an Investment Portfolio Manager for the Vanderbilt University TVA Investment Fund, where he conducted equity research and supported portfolio management.
