Jill is Director of our Health and Wellness platform, which provides personalized support to elevate the health and well-being of our families and team.

Jill is a health and wellness expert with two decades of experience as a health advisor and program consultant to successful families, businesses, non-profits, and government clients. Previously, Jill directed and advised on public health policy, research, and education initiatives for the U.S. Dept. of Veterans Affairs, the Washington, D.C. Department of Behavioral Health, the City of New York, Oxfam America, City Harvest and a range of health start-ups, businesses and government agencies. 

As a state licensed, board certified nutritionist, Jill has deep experience in ‘food as medicine,’ medical nutrition therapy, and in developing customized approaches for a wide range of health needs. She understands the ups and downs of a healing journey and is passionate about helping people live fulfilling lives.

Jill earned a Master of Science in Nutrition from the Maryland University of Integrative Health and a Master in Public Policy from the Harvard Kennedy School. She is a board Certified Nutrition Specialist, an Institute for Functional Medicine Certified Practitioner, and a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach. 

She completed advanced training in nutrition for mental health, nutritional genomics, biochemistry, medical herbalism, mindfulness meditation and suicide prevention. She is co-author of Better Broths & Healing Tonics, a best-selling food as medicine-based educational cookbook, and over twenty public health research publications. In her free time, Jill can be found in a yoga class, juicing fresh vegetables from her garden, or experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen with her husband.
