David Homan is a master connector. He helps people see and present their best selves, reframes their stories, and builds lasting relationships rooted in action, generosity, and integrity.

His upcoming book, Orchestrating Connection (2025), captures insights from a community of more than 2,000 global “superconnectors” spanning family offices, venture capital, impact investing, entertainment, sports, entrepreneurship, philanthropy, and more.

A former nonprofit CEO, David raised millions for the arts while leading a multi-national foundation through the aftermath of the Bernie Madoff scandal. He later incubated a social impact film company for the Dalio Family Office and now runs Orchestrated Opportunities, an advisory firm that partners with family offices, funds, startups, and nonprofits to build structured ecosystems of relationships that drive growth. His focus areas include mental health, health & wellness, climate, art, philanthropy, social justice, and women’s leadership.

Beyond his work in impact and strategy, David is a recognized classical composer with seven albums and international radio play. His latest project is a film/mini-series about a composer confronting Alzheimer’s.

He currently serves as an Advisor to NEXUS, the Catalyst Impact Foundation, and Regeneration.VC, and is Board Chair of the Arthur Miller Foundation.
