Client Relationship Officer

Dan Ciemniecki is a Client Relationship Officer at Pennington Partners, where he helps manage the day-to-day needs of Pennington’s Operating Partner Families and LPs, with a focus on responsiveness, attention to detail, and a high-quality client experience.

Before joining Pennington, Dan served as a Client Service Associate at a global wealth management firm, partnering with advisory teams serving ultra-high net worth individuals and families. He became a trusted resource for both clients and colleagues, known for his follow-through, attention to detail, and commitment to ensuring that client needs were handled thoughtfully and efficiently.

Dan earned his Bachelor of Science in Mathematical Economics, with a minor in Mathematics, from Gettysburg College, where he played varsity football. He remains active in his community, volunteering as an assistant youth football coach and supporting his church’s Giving Tree program for more than a decade.
