About the role:

The ideal candidate is a self-starter with "can-do" attitude and strong work ethic with knowledge and experience in full life-cycle recruiting, including strong sourcing and research. In this role, you will be an integral part of the team, providing important deliverables to senior leadership and having an impact on the business directly. Identifying top talent and recruiting them to the organization.

What you’ll do:

  • Your responsibilities will include:

  • Full life-cycle Recruitment:

    • Working alongside hiring managers to develop Job Descriptions and identifying compensation ranges.

    • Researching and sourcing of top candidates using all methods available including Linked In Recruiter and Sales Force to identify target competitors.

    • Pre-Sale and Closing of candidates including negotiating offers and compensation targets.

    • Working with leadership and outside counsel on offers and terms.

    • Track and update all talent pipeline dashboards.

  • Manage Job Postings and other recruitment posting sites:

    • Pennington corporate website careers site postings and Linked In recruiter.

    • Research and identify additional posting sites, i.e. Indeed and other aggregators.

    • Develop employment branding strategy with partners and within the RIA industry

    • Communicate with vendors to resolve any posting or account billing issues.

    • Ad hoc analysis of additional sourcing techniques across different entities, monitoring trends and variances.

What we’re looking for:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree with 3-5 years of recruiting experience within private wealth, investment management or the family office is preferred.

  • Excellent research skills utilizing targeted search capability

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

  • Excellent organizational and planning skills.

  • Highest level of integrity and honesty.

  • Confident, self-motivated, and self-directed.

  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

  • Excellent interpersonal, listening, written, and oral communication skills, with the ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language.

  • Strong analytical capabilities with a curiosity for finding the answers to questions.

  • Can proactively manage tasks and issues, and escalate issues as appropriate.
