Client Relationship Officer

Ben Pieroni joins Pennington Partners as a Client Relationship Officer, providing thoughtful, detail-oriented support to Pennington’s families, clients, and limited partners.

Ben brings nearly a decade of experience in RIA client service and operations, with a relationship-driven approach focused on delivering personalized, hands-on solutions. Prior to joining Pennington, he worked as a client service associate and planning analyst at a white-glove wealth advisory firm and later served as a consultant to advisory firms nationwide, helping them improve technology, workflows, and client experience.

Ben earned his bachelor’s degree in business management and finance from The Ohio State University’s Fisher College of Business in 2019, with a focus on investments and financial planning. While at Ohio State, he was an active member of Buckeye Capital Investors and Nourish International, supporting fundraising efforts for food-insecure communities globally.
