Tod serves as an Advisor for Pennington Partners & Co. Tod is also Director of Strategy and Research at ITE Management LP, an investment management firm focused on industrial and real assets.

Tod has over 25 years of investing and finance experience, recently joining ITE Management from Cambridge Associates as Managing Director. At Cambridge Associates, Tod oversaw the firm’s private credit manager research and selection globally, advised large US pension plans on portfolio construction, and chaired the Credit Investment Research Committee. In addition to his day-to-day activities, he authored numerous white papers, led initiatives to broaden their private credit benchmarks, and launched a middle market corporate loan stress database. He is a frequent speaker at industry events and is sought after as a subject-matter expert by a range of organizations, including the US Treasury.

Prior to Cambridge, he was Managing Director with Kayne Anderson Mezzanine Partners (KAMP), the middle market mezzanine finance strategy of Kayne Anderson Capital Advisors, and Managing Director at LBC Credit Partners Inc, leading research and underwriting.  Additionally, he was Vice President and Senior Analyst at Moody’s Investors Service. Tod has served on the Board of Advisors for the Alternative Investment Forum and advised the Inter-American Development Bank and the US Treasury on matters related to the private credit asset class. Mr. Trabocco holds a MALD from The Fletcher School at Tufts University, an MBA from Columbia Business School, BA from Pomona College, and is a CFA Charterholder.
