Senior Associate, Founder Engagement

Pete Feinman serves as a Senior Associate of Founder Engagement at Pennington Partners & Co. He works directly with Pennington’s Co-Founder & CEO on various growth initiatives and strategic projects. Pete is a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA) and is actively pursuing his Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy (CAP). He is based in the Washington D.C. office. 

Prior to joining Pennington, Pete graduated from Babson College with Magna Cum Laude honors where he received a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Entrepreneurial Leadership. During his time at Babson, Pete pitched for the Babson Varsity Baseball team, which attended the Division III College World Series in his second year. He also participated in Unum Society, a educational network created to bring people of diverse backgrounds together to share and leverage each other’s strengths. In his third and fourth years, Pete worked part-time for Showpiece Shows, a luxury events startup, where he helped produce Super Bowl events for Derek Jeter, Lil Wayne, and Budweiser, as well as their annual Steelpointe Yacht & Charter Show.

Outside of the office, Pete is passionate about supporting his local community, pickup sports leagues, and improvised comedy.
