Client Relationship Officer

Maria serves as a Client Relationship Officer and key point person for our Operating Partner Families at Pennington Partners & Co.

Maria is a graduate from Georgetown University, where she received her Master’s degree in Applied Economics. Prior to that, she attended Emory University, where she completed her undergraduate career with a double major in Economics and Business Administration with a Strategy & Management Consulting concentration from Goizueta Business School. She also studied abroad at the University College of London, where she undertook courses towards her degree.

While at Emory, she was highly engaged in the Economics department as a Research Assistant, studying the impact of agents in health insurance markets. Maria also helped design the winning market research analysis and advertising campaign within a 200+ participant Case Competition during her junior year at Goizueta. In her third and fourth years, she interned as a Management Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers and as part of the Sales and Guest Relations team for a cruise line and hotel group.

Maria is responsible for providing our Operating Partner Families with concierge-level service and detailed Performance Reporting that encompasses a holistic picture of their personal balance sheets.

Outside of the office, Maria Laura is passionate about film photography, indoor cycling, and tennis.
