Kent Andrews

Partner, Vice President of Investments


Kent Andrews serves as Partner and Vice President, Investments, at Pennington Partners & Co., LLC. Kent is responsible for sourcing, underwriting, structuring, and monitoring of alternative investments across private equity, private credit, and other alternatives. Kent also helps to shape the firm’s investment strategy and asset allocation policy and works closely with a number of the firm’s operating partner families. Kent serves on the firm’s asset allocation committee and general investment committee.

Prior to joining Pennington in 2019, Kent graduated from UNC Chapel Hill where he received a BS in Business Administration from the Kenan-Flagler Business School, a BA in Economics, a minor in Mandarin Chinese, and the QFE credential for completing UNC Economics’ special program in Quantitative Financial Economics.
