Senior HR Advisor

Colin Haupt is a Senior Advisor to Pennington Partners & Co. where his focus is in supporting the organization around all facets of the Human Resources discipline. Specifically, around Employee Engagement, Experience, Talent Acquisition and Leadership Development. He has held similar roles, including as the head of Human Resources and Employee Engagement for the PURE Group of Insurance Companies. 

Over 25 years, Colin has served in several Human Resources leadership roles, including Zenith Opti-media, part of the Publicis media family, as well as Arcadis, a multi-national environmental engineering consultancy. He has also served as Global Director of Recruitment and Career Development for Prolifics, a Software and Technology consulting firm, where he oversaw all employment, talent management and career development .

Colin holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of New Hampshire as well as a Masters Level Certification in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.
