Alexandra P. Cart

Alexandra P. Cart is co-founder and managing partner at Madeira Global, a leading advisory and analytics firm dedicated to environmental, social and governance (ESG) research and reporting. As a trusted reporting firm, Madeira uses a quantitative analytical approach to seamlessly measure, integrate and communicate the nonfinancial impact of their clients’ investments.

In 2015, Ms. Cart was named a Forbes “30 Under 30” Social Entrepreneur. In 2014, she was recognized as a WSJ "Women of Note," and was named a Fellow of the Tribeca Disruptor Foundation. In 2013, she joined the Young Leaders Circle of the Milken Institute.

Ms. Cart’s leadership and success have been featured in Institutional Investor, Private Wealth Magazine, Conscious Company, Barron’s and LEADERS Magazine, among others. She has been a keynote and frequent speaker at private investor conferences,  including; UBS, CCC Alliance, Opal, TBLI and J.P. Morgan.

Previously, Ms. Cart was a managing director at G2 Investment Group, a New York based boutique investment management firm servicing leading global families. Additionally, she has worked with government agencies in the United States, United Kingdom, and Latin America.

Ms. Cart graduated from Middlebury College with a B.A. in International Studies, Political Science with a specialization in Latin America. She sits on the advisory board of Harlem Academy and is a Term Member at the Council on Foreign Relations.
